Great short stay

My friend and I had a ground floor garden view room. The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We stayed 2 nights, 1 being NYE and had a great time. On arrival, we found out that our booking included the hotels NYE gala dinner, which was lots of fun with performances, lucky draws, fireworks, and a delicious array of food. During our time all.member of staff were friendly and welcoming. We mainly chose Nai Yang Beach to be close to the airport for our earlier morning flight, but we were surprised by the quality of the long sandy beach and numerous beach restaurants.

We liked our room. However, a frosted glass shower door would be a bonus.

An excellent little hotel, very conveniently located next to the beach with easy access to the bars and restaurants ther

Ideally located just a very short walk to the beach. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very courteous and professional.

We had a few persistent niggles with the safe not working but it was easily fixed but just a frustration as it was a pain to have to wait to have it reset so we could get things from the safe before we went out for the day. Housekeeping occasionally omitted to replenish the towels by that again was fixed with a telephone call.

Good place near the international airport

1. Biggest plus point is that the resort is 5-10 mins to airport. 2. The resort is next to a national park and a beautiful beach. 3. Breakfast was good. 4. Staff was cordial and approachable.

1. Far from Phuket town, and road from resort to town have heavy traffic in the mornings and evenings. 2. We had taken two bedrooms suite and the accommodation had a AirBnB condo feel than a resort vibe. There were 3 TVs, not a single one was a smart TV, gym was inaccessible, view from the room was nothing to write home about. 3. Room phones were not working so need to send message through the hotel app for any query. Lots of to and fro messaging needed to resolve any issue which was somewhat frustrating. 4. Most of the reception staff was not very conversant in English so we got limited inputs on local attractions related guidance.

I sent a month in advance a request to upgrade to a better room type (of course paying additional fee). They confirmed me 2 times. When arriving to the hotel they told me there were no rooms available to upgrade to. I checked booking.com and there were better rooms available.

A very nice resort. The staff really did a great job. I would stay there again.

The Pool Villa was very nice. Very comfortable on the inside and value for the stay.

I was not so happy that the toilet, shower and sink were all outside. There were so many mosquitoes that it made the use of the shower and toilet unpleasant.

Very convenience location near the airport and walking distance to Sirinat National Park. There were few only few restaurants open during COVID so don't expect to get much food choice nearby.

Good value

Good value for the money and the location. Due to Covid-19 situation, the businesses nearby are mostly closed which understanding.

I experienced a poor attitude staff (a lady with lighted skin) during night shift who seemed to not want to deal with customers, not helpful with questions and reservation. If she doesn’t really have a service mind, she shouldn’t be working as a receptionist. Hope you this consideration and have a review on your staff training.

A great stay until the check out.

Well maintained and private villas. Villa was big and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful. close to the beach and National park. Food at restaurant good and also a few good seafood restaurants close to Dewa.

We booked transport to the airport on arrival but then was told by different staff when checking out nothing booked or available. Basically said I was lying and didn't seem to care. Had to rush for our flight as taxi took a while to get there. Not the way you want to end your stay. I said yes to staying again but not sure.

Good Hotel with some 5* qualities.

The communal pool areas and lobby area are really nice spaces with daybeds to enjoy. Breakfast area pleasant too. Not the widest selection of breakfast choices for those that like variety but the coffee was decent, my fruit was super sweet, including mango which you don't often see, and I had a very well cooked omelette both days so I enjoyed it myself. The thai food at breakfast was notably much better than many big chain hotels. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. Staff were pleasant at all times. The walkways around the resort were well kept with lovely greenery. This would be an excellent choice for a night near the airport.

As much as I praise the communal areas above we were a little disappointed with our Grand Pool Villa. It was different to, and the outside space smaller than, the advertised pictures. We had to double check we hadn't been downgraded to a simpler Pool villa. Inside the room was spacious (and the bed comfy as noted) but a little dark needing the lights on all the time. The outside bathroom felt a little tired and run down, shower not working properly for example, and both sets of towels were past their best with one beach towel completely covered in red stains. In fairness I can see it might be difficult to maintain the outdoor bathroom concept looking great all the time but this just fell a little short of 5* quality and attention to detail for me.

Privacy and good breakfast

The bed is very comfortable and the private pool villas are secluded and quiet. For the price it is excellent value. A special mention for the staff. The woman who checked us in and sorted out a complimentary meal for us during the power cut on our first night was one of the most helpful and proactive receptionists I've met in a Thai hotel. The restaurant manageress on the Tuesday evening (during the powercut) did a great job of keeping everything going and looking after customers. She made dining in the semi-dark a great experience. I didn't get their names but they are both a real asset to this hotel. Finally, the breakfast buffet is great..... kanom jeen yum yum yum!!

The tiles on the bottom of our private pool were loose and the pump wasn't switched on at all during our 2 night stay. This is poor maintenance and if you had kids could have resulted in cut feet. Mosquitoes were a problem but the hotel does spray. We came prepared with burners but still got bitten in the pool and bath (we live in Thailand and are used to them, but there were a lot of them). we could only fill the bath with the shower attachment as the switch to change to the taps didn't work. Another sign of poor maintenance.
